For our standard delivery we use EVRI standard tracked delivery which is 2-4 working days. For local delivery, first enter you EX20 postcode and this option will become available to you. Local delivery is free and you will usually recieve your parcel within 2 working days. We welcome any feedback on our current shipping options.

All ingredients are listed on the products as well as our website. Please feel free to contact us for further enquiries. As with all cosmetics, we do recommend a patch test be carried out 24 hours before use, particularly if you have sensitive skin! All of our products have been through vigorous testing and we have CPSRs as well as toxicology reports for each product that we sell. We adhere to UK standards throughout our ranges.

Our shea collection has been carefully designed to suit most skin types, sensitive skin included. Using natural soap and body butters made from real quality ingredients is a great, simple combination for sensitive skin and that is why we have completely fragrance free options for both of these products.

Our shea body butters have such incredible feedback, I am often asked about their price. The truth is we are a very small, and not very well known business so I want to appeal to my current customers who have stayed loyal to us rather than attempt to compete with commercial brands who often charge 3 or 4 times the amount we do! and my aim is to always have affordable options available. I have more collections to add to the website with even more luxurious elements, and prices may vary, but with my shea collection I wanted to keep, fun, colourful, affordable and filled with great all-rounder products for all skin types.

Across the website you may see ‘pre- order’ for two different reasons. For my artisan soap bars the wait could be anywhere up to 6 weeks but I will keep you updated on where they are in the curing process so you are not left wondering where your products are! Sometimes I may just sell out a little quicker than predicted and these products take 4-6 weeks to be ready for sale!

The other times you might be able to pre-order is in the VIP area. You will recieve an email with a delivery estimate but you will recieve your order before the general public!
